Our services include the following:

RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Full management of your property includes: 

• Promotion of your property
• Tenant placement
• Property condition reports
• Monthly & annual accounting statements
• Property inspection
• Supervision of maintenance & repairs 

We charge a set percentage of the collected rent. The percentage is based on the gross monthly income of the property. (8% for individual residences, 7% for multiple units.) 

TENANT PLACEMENT
If you wish to manage your own rental, we can find an excellent tenant for you. We provide:

Professional rental evaluation
Promotion of property
Strict tenant screening
Execution of lease agreement
Supervision of move-in
 
We charge a flat fee based on the rent amount.
